I had a mixed experience at Omni Los Angeles Hotel. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from attractions like The Broad and MOCA. However, the service fell short of expectations for a four-star hotel. Although my room was clean and spacious, the issues with valet and response time from staff left a lot to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The room was a good size and quite clean, but I did face issues with the amenities not being properly attended to. It would have been great to have everything I requested upon arrival.
Service
5.0
Service was frustrating overall. From long waits for valet to a lack of responsiveness from housekeeping when I asked for basic items, it didn't meet the standard I expected.
Location
8.0
The location is a definite highlight, with easy access to many downtown attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
Dining

I didn’t dine extensively but found the hotel bar to be a bit pricey for what it offered. I did appreciate the variety in nearby dining options outside the hotel.
Facilities

The valet parking was very expensive, and I struggled with key access multiple times during my stay. The overall facilities were adequate but not as impressive as I'd hoped.

My stay at the Omni Los Angeles was enjoyable overall. The location was superb, allowing easy access to museums and dining. I found the staff to be exceptionally attentive, though some aspects like streaming service access could be improved. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, yet there were minor cleanliness issues with the curtains. Overall, a great experience, particularly for those looking to explore downtown.

The king room was spacious and well-furnished, featuring a lovely view of the plaza. though I noticed the curtains were a bit dusty. The comfort of the beds truly stood out to me.
Service

The staff, especially the doormen and bellmen, were friendly and remembered my name. Their willingness to assist with my luggage made me feel valued. Occasionally, overnight staff seemed a bit grumpy, which differed from the otherwise warm service.
Location

Being just a block away from Disney Hall and with many attractions within walking distance made this place ideal for exploration. I felt safe wandering around, even in the bustling downtown area, which added to my comfort during the stay.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were good, especially with the nearby Corner Bakery for breakfast. I enjoyed the quality of food at the hotel’s restaurant, although prices felt a bit steep at times.

The hotel offered great amenities. The club lounge was a nice touch for complimentary breakfasts and snacks. I appreciated the recreational spaces available, but I had trouble accessing streaming services, which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel during a business trip, and while the location was fantastic for visiting local attractions like the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Grand Central Market, there were some drawbacks. The decor and rooms felt quite dated, and I encountered issues with the bed comfort in my room. Overall, the service was commendable, but the hotel could definitely benefit from some updates. 🏙️🛏️

I enjoyed meals at the hotel's dining options, especially the food at the Grand Café, which had great quality and service.

While the amenities were good, I felt the pool was quite small, and the gym facilities were just adequate. The hotel could use some modern upgrades.

My stay at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel was generally enjoyable, primarily due to its fantastic location and attentive service. The lobby's ambiance and the proximity to attractions like MOCA and The Broad made exploring Downtown LA easy and enjoyable. However, I did face some issues with my room cleanliness and management responsiveness, which detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms

My room was spacious, but I noticed some cleanliness issues such as an unclean cupboard and improper laundry service returning my shirt incorrectly. Additionally, the shower needed a thorough cleaning.

I dined at the NOE restaurant. While the food generally met my expectations, I found some items like appetizers to be overly acidic, impacting my overall dining experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni Los Angeles, appreciating the spacious rooms and attentive staff. The location is ideal, offering easy access to attractions like the Walt Disney Concert Hall. However, I found the pool area less impressive, and dining options were on the pricier side without full room service availability late at night.
